Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

As each item is custom made for you, it will take 8-10 weeks to ship. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number.

What if the item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will be informed during the ordering process and offered the option to place a back order for the desired item. This means you place your order, but we ship the product to you only when it becomes available. If you choose to place an order for an out of stock item, we will provide you with an approximate ship date. We will not charge you for your purchase until it leaves our warehouse.

How do I check my order status?

Order status updates are communicated to you by email. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you will find updated order information by logging into your account. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@millealiving.com or (612) 364-3300.

Why should I create an account?

Having an account will allow you to view your order status, track shipments, view online order history, check out efficiently and stay connected to Millea Living by being the first to hear about events and new products.

What are your payment options?

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal. All orders are billed in US Dollars.

Do you collect sales tax?

If your order is shipping to Minnesota, we are required to collect sales tax. If your order is shipping to Canada, we will collect international processing fees associated with importing our products into Canada.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@millealiving.com or call us at(612) 364-3300 as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is cancelled after it has shipped out of our facility.

How can I obtain a color or finish sample?

The best way to obtain these is to contact Millea Living. If we don’t have it available, we can order it on your behalf and follow up with you once it has arrived. Please email info@millealiving.com to get your samples or give us a call at 612-364-3300.

Who designs your products?

All of our products have been designed by our Millea Living Team.

Do you offer custom pieces?

We do provide custom design and manufacturing services for hospitality, corporate, retail, institutional or sports and entertainment projects through our Contract department. Minimum quantities may apply. Please email sales@millealiving.com or call (612) 364-3300 to discuss how we can work with you.

Do you work with design professionals?

Yes! We work with design professionals. Please contact our Millea Living Contract Division if you are an interior designer specifying for a project. Email sales@millealiving.com or call (612) 364-3300 to discuss how we can work with you. Minimum order quantities may apply.

Shipping Information

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each item is built to your specifications, it will be a few days as they are built. Typically, items will arrive in 8–10 weeks after they are processed. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed, and we will ship the product to you when it arrives back in stock.

Where do we deliver?

We offer our customers free shipping, including curbside delivery, to the contiguous 48 states. If you would like to inquire about shipping to AK, HI or international destinations, please contact us at info@millealiving.com or (612) 364-3300.
